For the past twenty years, we have been managing turnkey projects concerning the design and installation of hazardous area control systems, including their certification complying with all European and international legislative requirements.
PRESSURIZED CONTROL SYSTEMS (EX-P)
We at BTB design, implement and certify pressurized control systems in compliance with international legislative requirements (IECEX) or specific legislative requirements of certain countries (INMETRO in the case of Brazil, UL-CSA for the USA and CSA, etc.).
Our pressurized systems are manufactured in-house and include both a valve and a pressurized system, either owned by our company or by other brands, and made of any material (stainless steel 316, 316L, 304, carbon steel).
BTB's pressurized control systems allow the installation of active components (PLC, power supply, etc.) in hazardous areas, otherwise not permitted by law. Finally, our systems are suitable for installation in zones 1 and 2 (European regulations) or Class I Division 1, Class I Division 2.
EXPLOSION-PROOF ENCLOSURES, MODEL BAX- EEX D II B PROTECTION
Explosion-proof enclosures model BAX are usually employed in hazardous areas in zones 1 and 2. They are available in stainless steel 316, 316L, 3014AI; several electrical and electronic components can be fitted inside (active and passive components, e.g. terminal blocks, intrinsic safety barriers, fuses, switches, PLC, contactors, starter motor etc.).
Each BTB explosion-proof enclosure is equipped with a flange cover, attached with several hexagon head screws, which can be fitted with buttons, selector switches (normal and key), lamps and illuminated buttons.
The special design of our explosion-proof enclosures allows taking advantage of most of the internal volume. Upon request, an internal fixing plate can be fitted, on which you can secure instruments, and an internal anti-condensation coating as well as an external coat of epoxy or acrylic paint can be applied.
